When you submit our enquiry form we collect your name, email, phone/Messenger, country of residence, healthcare background, visa history, and any notes you provide. When you visit our site we may collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, referrer) via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, subject to your cookie consent choice.
To respond to your enquiry, assess your eligibility for the program, and — if you proceed — deliver the services outlined in our Service Agreement. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site and our marketing.
We share your information with our partner Registered Training Organisation (Australian Community and Management College, RTO 45239) once you enrol, and with third-party service providers who help us deliver the program (visa lodgement, OJT placement providers). We do not sell your personal data.
You can withdraw consent, request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@australianpathways.org. You can change your cookie preferences by clearing site data or contacting us.
Enquiry-only data: 12 months. Enrolled candidate data: for the duration of the Service Agreement plus 7 years for compliance record-keeping.
