Australian Pathways OPC delivers the OJT Australia program — a blend of online theory and hands-on practical training designed to build your skills and improve your prospects of obtaining employer sponsorship in Australia. We prepare and submit your visa application with care taken to ensure accuracy and compliance, then support you through every stage that follows.

The Program

Three stages. One clear route forward.

The OJT Australia pathway is delivered in three distinct stages, designed to prepare you for potential sponsorship and employment opportunities in Australia.

Visa Application

Stage fee: ₱80,000

We prepare and submit your Business Visitor Visa (Subclass 600) application to the Department of Home Affairs — a multiple-entry visa that may be granted for up to five years, with stays of up to 90 days per visit.

Online Theory Training

Stage fee: ₱80,000

After visa approval, complete a 15-week online theory course from the Philippines — one session per week, 5:00–7:00pm PHT, facilitated by a qualified trainer over Microsoft Teams.

OJT Placement in Australia

Stage fee: ₱80,000

Orientation plus three days of face-to-face First Aid and Manual Handling training in Sydney CBD, followed by a 120-hour unpaid On-the-Job Training placement with an aged care or disability organisation.

Indicative total program cost: ₱240,000 across the three stages. Personal expenses — flights, insurance, accommodation, food, transport and clearances — are additional and paid by the Candidate. Our team assists with arranging flights, travel insurance, police clearance and affordable accommodation. Entry to the program is by invitation, following a Candidate Selection Interview.

Nationally recognised Australian qualifications.

Complete the program and receive qualifications that qualify you to work as an Assistant in Nursing or Support Worker in Australian aged care and disability organisations.

CHC33021

Certificate III in Individual Support

The minimum qualification required to work as an Assistant in Nursing or Support Worker in Australia — providing person-centred support to people who may require assistance due to ageing or disability, as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

HLTAID011

Provide First Aid

The skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response in line with Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines — applicable across community and workplace settings.

Issued by Australian Community and Management College (ACM) — a specialised Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code: 45239) registered with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Qualifications are issued within 30 days of completing your OJT paperwork and can be verified at www.acm.college and training.gov.au.

Australia needs care workers — and has built the pathway to welcome them.

The Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety found Australia's aged care workforce severely understaffed, with demand rapidly increasing as the population ages. In response, the Australian Government introduced the Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement (ACILA) in 2023 — a structured migration pathway for aged care employers to sponsor qualified overseas workers.

Skills in Demand Visa (Subclass 482)

Live and work full-time in Australia for up to four years as a Nursing Support Worker, Personal Care Assistant, or Aged or Disabled Carer. Certificate III in Individual Support meets the skills requirement — with no age limit.

Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186)

A pathway to permanent residency — including Medicare access and the option to include your partner or children — after gaining the required Australian work experience.

Your trip costs — flights, travel insurance, accommodation, food, transport and clearance fees — are not included in the program fees and are paid by you. What we do is take the hassle out of arranging them, and help keep them affordable.

Flights & Insurance

Return flights and mandatory travel insurance arranged on your behalf, at your cost — with price-matching through our partner travel agency if you find comparable options for less.

Accommodation

Accommodation and living costs in Australia are your responsibility — but our accommodation coordinator helps you secure affordable options: host families, hostels, or through your OJT provider where available.

Clear written guidance on exactly which police clearances and paperwork you need — and when — so nothing is required before it's practical.
